Great little mono blocks. I would recommend you use speakers rated with high efficiency. These guys are small so be prepared to smile!

I purchased two units to replace my A20 stereo amplifier. I am using a T20 as the upstream preamplifier, with the audio source coming from a streamer through a DAC. XLR connections are used between the DAC, T20, and the A20 mono units. I am satisfied with the sound quality, as the separation and imaging are superior to the A20 stereo model; however, I am having trouble with the standby function activating unintentionally during low-volume listening. In my setup, the unit enters standby mode and cuts the sound whenever the A20 volume is set to 25 or lower—even though the audio is clearly audible at that level. Raising the volume restores the sound, but the situation is frankly frustrating. Aiyima, please do something about this.

I can honestly say that these amps are probably the best sounding class D amps I've heard to date. For their tiny size, they have a big sound and have no problem at all driving my vintage DCM Timeframe TF-350's to full glory. Smooth from top to bottom. Bass isn't the deepest, like a high-powered class AB amp, but is nice and extended. Midrange is superb. Vocals particularly are hauntingly good. Treble is nice and sweet. Not harsh or grainy. The amps also throw a huge soundstage with layering. They don't get hot, just stay warm. They pair perfectly with the newly released D20 DAC and the super clean, tubed T20 preamp. All three make an excellent, budget friendly combo that, in my opinion, outperform some much pricier gear. I'm not going to sit here and say what every other reviewer says that they sound great "for the money".. No, they sound great period.
